How To Conduct Effective Meetings
'A Badly Run Meeting Is Where People Take Minutes And Waste Hours'

Who Should Attend?
Managers who run, or attend meetings, should attend this programme, to learn how to improve motivation, productivity, participation, and leadership skills through conducting well run, time-bound meetings.

About the Programme
Meetings are seen to be an important part of every business. Yet they are one of the biggest time wasters. Poorly planned, badly handled meetings cost hours of time that could be used more effectively. In the U.A.E. one of the main complaints of delegates on our Time Management programmes is - 'poorly planned' 'too long' 'badly run' meetings. Late attendance, no agenda, no prioritisation of items, poor chairmanship, etc., are all common complaints. This course provides all the essential skills for running effective meetings.
