Successful Cross-Cultural Management
'A Programme Specifically Designed For Managing In The Middle East Market'
About the Programme
The UAE workforce ranks as one of the most culturally diverse in the world. We are all aware that effective management depends on good communications. Therefore a workforce with a wide variety of cultural norms and behaviours can increase the chances of alienation or demotivation inside organizations.
