Who Should Attend?
All individuals working within project environments who wish to develop their functional project management skills to move beyond understanding fundamental principles, to operate with better practices. This course is also recommended for past participants of the two-day Project Management course.
About the Programme
The Advanced Project Management course takes an holistic approach to determine how to manage project life cycles and scope. This course provides participants with several scientific techniques and formulas to apply when estimating project resources and critical activities. A greater understanding of internal and external influences on projects and how to manage the process, combined with logical structures to manage costs and schedules, will also allow participants to analyse overall project performance.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.
At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
