CURRENT VACANCIES:


Customer Focus Manager – Dubai

We are looking for 100% customer focused, highly professional, experienced candidates only.

The overall aim of this role is to develop our customer relationships to ensure our clients consistently receive a first-rate service.

The role will comprise of the following four key areas;

    Customer Service

  • To work closely with our Business Development team to improve the customer experience by implementing new strategies
  • To adopt a consultative approach with clients
  • To proactively seek the feedback of clients in order to improve service
  • To assess client retention figures and actively look for ways to bring in new business
  • Quality Control

  • To develop, implement, communicate, and maintain compliance with Spearhead’s quality systems and standards
  • To proactively prevent any service or quality issues arising
  • To analyse and monitor all Customer Focus statistical information and present reports to the Senior Management Team
  • Marketing

  • To develop and implement an annual marketing strategy
  • To raise the brand profile of Spearhead through advertising and other marketing strategies
  • To be responsible for the production of Spearhead’s annual brochure
  • To drive the introduction of new training areas and accreditations
  • Performance Management

  • To be part of a senior management process which cooperatively manages overall training delivery to a consistently high Spearhead standard
  • To manage the performance of key personnel to ensure they are consistently performing to a high standard
  • To maintain visibility in all departments and proactively manage potentially difficult situations

You would also have the responsibility of leading a small, but high performing, Customer Focus Team!

You must have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated Customer Focus experience within a professional environment and be able to operate effectively, both operationally and strategically.

You must be a highly talented, presentable professional with the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization. The key qualities we seek are: personal integrity, superb interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to build trust with clients, shrewd business acumen, a totally customer focused outlook, flexibility to travel in the Gulf region, the capability to articulately communicate with clients via business correspondence, a background and understanding of training, and a positive teamwork ethic.

You must have a valid U.A.E. driving licence and your own vehicle.

Client Relations Executive (some telephone selling) – Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar

(Arabic Speaking Candidates Welcomed)

Due to the expansion of our Business Development teams, we are seeking high quality Client Relations Executives for our Head Office in Dubai and also our regional offices in Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

You must be a high calibre junior professional, who is keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional business development specialists. This is a challenging full time position.

The key competencies we seek are: previous sales / business development experience, the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone, a positive work ethic, dependability, a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook, skills to competently work with MS Office, fluency in spoken and written English, and first-rate planning and organizing skills.

Candidates must hold a valid driving licence and own a car.



Bilingual Trainer (Arabic / English) – U.A.E. and Qatar

You must be a highly talented training professional in some of the following soft skills areas – Management & Leadership, HR Management, Project Management, Administrative Skills and Finance.

The key qualities we seek are: integrity, excellent communication skills, a totally customer focused outlook, first-rate subject knowledge, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive manner in the training room.

The company is looking for a minimum commitment of 6 training days per month, with a maximum of around 12-14 training days per month, for a full time Bi-lingual (Arabic / English) trainer.

If asked to attend interviews, these will take place in the respective Spearhead office.



Sales and Finance Trainer (Senior Management Associate) – U.A.E.

You must be a highly talented training professional with corporate sales experience.

The key qualities we seek are: integrity, excellent communication skills, a totally customer focused outlook, first-rate subject knowledge, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive manner in the training room.

The company is looking for a minimum commitment of 6 training days per month, with a maximum of around 12-14 training days per month, for a full time trainer. Bi-lingual trainers (English / Arabic) would be welcomed.
