Positions / Opportunities with Spearhead Gulf LLC

Spearhead Training, established in the UAE since 1997, and with a client base approaching 1260 Gulf companies, (including many multi-nationals), is seeking highly talented trainers for its Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah offices. The company currently has 26 Gulf-based trainers, but due to unprecedented business growth, is now looking to recruit additional trainers. The positions may offer the opportunity to travel throughout the Gulf, and the wider Middle East region.

What we are looking for:

You must be a highly talented training professional, in some of the following soft skills areas - Management & Leadership, HR Management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Personal Development, Business Writing, etc. The key qualities we seek are: integrity, excellent communication skills, a totally customer focused outlook, very good subject knowledge, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the ability to communicate in a dynamic and positive manner in the training room.

The company is looking for a minimum commitment of 6 days per month, with the maximum of around 12 - 14 days per month for a full time trainer. Bi-lingual trainers (English/Arabic) would also be welcomed. Freelance trainers are not required.
