Administrator – Dubai

We are seeking a high quality Administrator for our Head Office in Dubai.

You must be a high calibre professional who currently resides in Dubai.

You must be keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic individuals. This is a challenging full time position.

The key competencies we seek are: the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone, a positive work ethic, dependability, first-rate personal presentation and grooming is vital, a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook, skills to competently work with MS Office, the ability to type and format documents with speed and accuracy, fluency in spoken and written English, and proactive planning and organizing skills.

General Manager Required For Qatar

Due to our continuing growth in Qatar, and our focus on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, we are seeking a highly talented individual to manage our Doha office. You will have responsibility for managing a staff of ten, including Trainers. Your key areas will be sales, administration and liaising with clients and Spearhead Trainers.

You must have proven sales experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.

The key skills we seek are: personal integrity, superb interpersonal skills with the aptitude to build trust with clients, shrewd business acumen, a totally customer focused outlook, the capability to articulately communicate with clients via business correspondence, a positive teamwork ethic, and a target driven mentality.

You must hold a valid Qatar driving licence, and have your own transportation. Additionally, you should currently reside in Qatar.

Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a dynamic, highly educated individual 30+, for the position of Business Development Manager.

A substantial amount of the work will be dealing with existing in-company clients, but will also involve some cold calling for seeking new business opportunities.

You must hold a valid U.A.E. driving licence, and have your own transportation. Additionally, you should currently reside in Abu Dhabi.

Customer / Client Relations Executive – Dubai

We are seeking a high quality Customer / Client Relations Executive for our Dubai office.
You must be a high calibre junior professional, who is keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional business development specialists. This is a challenging full time position.

The key competencies we seek are: previous sales / business development experience, the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone, a positive work ethic, dependability, a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook, skills to competently work with MS Office, fluency in spoken and written English, and first-rate planning and organizing skills.
The working week is Sunday to Thursday.

Top Quality Trainers – Applicants Must Be Currently Based In Abu Dhabi

You must be a highly talented training professional in some of the following soft skills areas - Management & Leadership, HR Management, Project Management, Administrative Skills and Finance.

The key qualities we seek are: integrity, excellent communication skills, a totally customer focused outlook, first-rate subject knowledge, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive manner in the training room.
The company is looking for a minimum commitment of 6 training days per month, with a maximum of around 12-14 training days per month, for a full time trainer. Bi-lingual trainers (English / Arabic) would be welcomed.
