About the Programme
Body language is said to be the most important part of face-to-face communication, and by the end of this workshop delegates will know why. They will also gain an understanding of how it can be used effectively and successfully in their work and private life. Being able to identify different kinds of body language can help in areas such as meetings with customers, the recruitment and selection process, managing meetings, counselling and coaching sessions, etc. To understand how important it is, delegates will undertake a variety of practical activities throughout the day and see negative and positive body language in action.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.
At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
