About the Programme
Body language is said to be the most important part of communication, and by the end of this workshop delegates will know why. They will also gain an understanding of how it can be used effectively and successfully in their work and private life. Being able to identify different kinds of body language can help in areas such as face-to-face meetings with customers, the recruitment and selection process, managing meetings, counselling and coaching sessions, etc. To understand how important it is, delegates will undertake a variety of practical activities throughout the day and see negative and positive body language in action.
