About the Programme
The most valuable resource available to Managers and staff is "Time". It is a common complaint that: “there are not enough hours in the day”; yet very often we end up devoting the majority of available time to low priority work. The potential to achieve more in your job and career is partly dependent upon how well your time is managed. This is a highly participative programme in which delegates will be given a series of individual exercises and guidance in improving their use of time.

All courses run during Ramadan from 1st September 2008 to 30th September 2008 will qualify for a 10% discount (including booking online or offline).

To cater for the needs of Muslim delegates fasting, courses will start earlier and all breaks will be substantially reduced.

Tutor / delegate contact time will remain at 6.5 hours.

Dubai Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Abu Dhabi Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.

At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
