As a company, Spearhead Training has always tried to work to the highest standards of ethics and will always continue to do so. We believe in working for the mutual benefit of all who interact with us – suppliers, customers, and all other stakeholders in the company’s sphere of influence, as well as the community at large. Most importantly, if we make a mistake we will admit to it and try to ensure it does not happen again.
We also believe in extending our efforts beyond the boundaries of business. We believe we have a responsibility to the society in which we work, and to the wider global community beyond these shores. Through its various initiatives, Spearhead continues to build on fulfilling its share of social responsibility.
Some of Spearhead’s ongoing efforts are:
- The ongoing ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ campaign in the U.A.E.
- Recycling of paper and plastic in Spearhead’s Head Office
- Sponsor of Sunrise Kids, Nepal, in support of The Self-Sustaining Orphanages in Nepal
- Supplying funds directly to Nepali orphanages for special individual projects
