Nisrine El Hajji is an Arab national, who has worked in the U.A.E. since 2002. She was educated in Morocco, (Bachelors Degree, Marketing) The U.S.A. (part Masters in Business Administration) and France (Masters Degree in Marketing, Management and Communication) at ESC, the French Post-Graduate Institute in Toulouse. She is fluent in three languages - English, Arabic, and French.
With the combination of her academic studies and work experience, Nisrine has a strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Communication. Throughout her business career she has worked with leading brands, and participated in major marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand recognition and improved sales turnover. Her diverse experience across a range of industries (hospitality, media, real estate, etc.,) has given her wide exposure to using, and adapting, various sales and marketing strategies for different industries.
One of Nisrine’s greatest strengths lies in her expertise of ‘New Age’ marketing. Besides being knowledgeable about traditional sales techniques and marketing concepts and practices, she is a ‘student’ of unconventional marketing techniques such as ‘permission marketing and ‘viral marketing’. In recent years these techniques have been responsible for raising awareness and generating intense interest, via the Internet and other channels, for certain products, services, and even individuals. Due to her exposure and experiences, Nisrine believes it is possible to develop marketing campaigns at a relatively low cost, but with potential for very wide exposure. On her courses she uses examples and case studies of the success of such campaigns.
In her professional career Nisrine has worked for major brands such as Hilton, Showtime, and Manpower, and brings her experience of sales and marketing with these companies into the training room. She feels that delegates will be better able to understand sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer service concepts, when the trainer is someone who has ‘hands on’ experience. Nothing is better in the training room than hearing real life examples. Nisrine’s courses include case studies from Middle Eastern and global markets.
Nisrine has a passion for sharing her knowledge, which made her decide to pursue a career in training. She derives immense satisfaction from interacting with people and enlightening them in the training room. Her ability to think on her feet, her pragmatic approach, and strong interpersonal skills, are the building blocks of her ability to deliver superior levels of training and customer service to Spearhead’s clients.
During her time in the U.A.E. Nisrine has also written for Gulf Marketing Review, conducted assessments of the Japanese market for clients, and written papers on branding and its relationship to corporate growth.
