Noha is a Canadian national, fluent in English and Arabic, and holding a Bachelor of Science degree (Egypt), as well as a Post Graduate degree in Leadership and Resource Management from MacEwan University, Alberta, Canada.

Noha has over 20 years’ international corporate experience, including management consulting, senior management experience in human resources, business strategy, leadership, team development, organizational effectiveness, talent management and in-house training.

Beginning her career in 1992, Noha joined Procter & Gamble, MENA (Middle East and North Africa), as a Senior Sales Specialist. After three years she moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb, MENA, (a global Bio-Pharmaceutical company) as a Training Specialist, where her corporate training career really began. In this role, she had key responsibilities for many aspects of training, including: development of top quality materials, creating relevant training plans, delivery of programmes, evaluation of training effectiveness, arranging high-powered seminars, etc.

In 2003, she moved to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario, as a Senior Training Specialist. Along with key functions as a training specialist – developing, delivering, and assessing training – she was also given the responsibility for organizing (and often delivering) high impact presentations to politicians, civil servants, government officials and the media.

Five years later, in 2008, she was appointed Executive Director of Leadership for Wood Buffalo, Alberta, (a community-focused programme aimed at identifying and developing current and future leaders from the public, private, and non-profit sectors) in Western Canada. One of the key objectives of this programme was to develop new training initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization and introduce long term training goals and objectives.

In 2010, she joined Nexen Inc. (an upstream oil and gas company), where she served as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Training Consultant, until her move to Doha, Qatar in 2013.

In her various developmental roles, Noha has coached top executives and led large-scale consulting projects in leadership and change process re-designs, and business process outsourcing. She has certificates in Organizational Development, Advanced Project Risk Management, and Leadership for Project Managers, Leadership and Supervisory Training, Change Management Methodology, Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Human Resource Management, Training Resources Planning, Performance Management, and Cultural Diversity in the Workplace. She is also a certified facilitator for Predictive Index, Situational Leadership, and Insights Discovery.

Noha brings a wealth of experience working with organizations that are serious about “success”. She pushes herself and the teams she works with to ensure success, while her engaging sense of humour and enthusiasm for life, help make the training experience as enjoyable, as it is powerful.

Recognised for her problem solving and motivational skills, as well as the ability to negotiate across cultural barriers, Noha has helped both large and small organizations gain improvements and measurable results, through focus and relentless execution of strategy.

She takes a ‘value based’ approach to service delivery, and partners with her clients to deliver customised sustainable solutions, to help them move their businesses forward.
