Senior Management Associate, Spearhead Training, UAE

Sally holds a Masters Degree in Training from Leicester University in the UK . She originally qualified in Hotel Management in Oxford , UK , and her additional qualifications include two Post Graduate Certificates, in Education and in Management, also from UK Universities. She is also qualified, through the British Psychological Society, to conduct psychometric testing in the workplace.

Sally has extensive training experience from the UK where she worked for seven years for Further Education Colleges. She was responsible for the design and delivery of vocational programmes, leading to nationally recognised qualifications. She also conducted competency-based training and assessments for Government programmes within the UK hospitality industry.

Before coming to the UAE, Sally spent two years working as a Training Manager for a voluntary organization in Nigeria . She was originally responsible for training and managing national staff within the hospitality industry . She then moved on to work with expatriate staff as a Development Education Advisor, planning and delivering workshops on cultural and development issues.

When she moved to the UAE in 1998 Sally worked in the hospitality industry, delivering management development training within one of the 5 major star hotel companies. She then moved into a semi-government organization where she managed the training function for two years. In this role she developed a key competency framework for the organization and ran Assessment and Development Centres for the staff.

In April 2003 Sally joined Spearhead Training as a Senior Management Associate based in Dubai . Having worked in the training industry for seventeen years, she has a broad experience of dealing with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. She is able to deliver a wide range of interactive training programmes that are specifically designed to meet the training needs of the participants.
