When managing remotely, the potential to achieve results in your job and career depends upon your credibility, and how well you manage your team, especially in a crisis.  Establishing trust and collaboration, at the start, can enhance individual and team success. Embracing change and diversity, and communicating effectively with employees remotely, can enhance the company / organization brand as a whole.

The ‘temporary’ rise of remote work right now is unavoidable, and we should examine ways to take advantage of it. In the future, when ‘normalcy’ returns post-COVID, you may want to allow remote working. Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the Tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.

At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals, and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
