About The Programme
The most valuable resource available to managers and staff is ‘Time’. It is a common complaint, that ‘there are not enough hours in the day’. Yet very often we end up devoting the majority of our available time to low priority work. The potential to achieve more in your job and career is partly dependent on how well your time is managed.
During the current pandemic crisis, more and more people are working remotely, which brings its own challenges and time management issues. Educating children at home, finding a quiet place to work, lack of space, scheduling of meals, feeding pets, stress, etc. These are all additional challenges on top of our normal work demands (which have to be met) amidst the ongoing crisis, and the undeniably chaotic events it has created. This programme allows you to ‘take a breather’ and look at some new ways to manage your time and control distractions, to get the most out of your ‘restructured’ workday, with a better balance, and clearer division between ‘work’ and ‘home’. It will also give you tools to manage your time better in your normal work environment.
This is a highly participative programme in which delegates will be given a series of individual exercises and guidance for significantly improving their use of time.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the Tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.
At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals, and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
