With a maximum of eight participants on the course, there is time for key individual guidance and help from the Trainer towards each delegate. During the two days, the delegates will be given several opportunities to present to their colleagues and receive constructive feedback. As part of the ILM assessment, the final presentation will be digitally recorded.

Pre-Course Assignment:
Pre-course work is required for this training, as there is restricted time to prepare the presentations during the program.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Questionnaire to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the Tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.

For ILM programs, each delegate will be required to do a written one-hour assessment, upon course completion.  To schedule your assessment dates, please coordinate with your client relations executive. Delegates must achieve a 50% pass mark to receive an ILM Certificate.

At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals, and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
