The global impact of the COVID pandemic continues to be felt, with each new variant that evolves.  Sadly, a number of companies and organizations have had to close, or down-size, due to the pandemic.  Very few business sectors, both globally and locally, have been able to avoid being seriously impacted by it.

So, is there any light at the end of the tunnel?  As a training company, we, too, have been impacted, along with many other service industries.  There is less demand for training in organizations, where the current emphasis is on cost cutting.

But what companies and organizations need to understand is that we are dealing with a ‘double-edged sword’.  The region needs to recover from COVID-19, while at the same time raising productivity from the employees who remain.

So, how can training help to improve productivity?

Better leadership, better management, better communication, better customer service, better planning, better sales strategies, better decision-making, better budgeting, better strategic planning, etc., can all add significant value to an organization’s bottom line.  With cost control being so important at this crucial time, it is vitally important to utilise any training budget as effectively as possible, and direct it at the areas where it will have the most significant impact.  It also means choosing a trustworthy, reliable training partner who can deliver tangible, ‘high impact’ results.   There may be potential ‘win’ solutions that you have not even considered.  This is where we can help.

1997

Spearhead Gulf’s first Middle East office opened in Dubai in November 1997

2001

In January 2001, the company opened its Abu Dhabi branch.

In July 2011, Spearhead’s new purpose-designed Middle East Head Office opened in Dubai.
