Client Relations Executives – Dubai, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking two high quality Client Relations Executives – one for our Dubai Head Office, and one for our regional office in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai, or Abu Dhabi. Bilingual English / Arabic speakers would be especially welcome.

You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional telesales and business development specialists. This is a challenging full-time position.

The key competencies we seek are: previous telesales / business development experience; a proven track record of sales success; the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone; a positive work ethic; dependability; a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook; skills to competently work with MS Office; first-rate planning and organizing skills; fluency in spoken and written English. You also need to be able to work under pressure, be target-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to also work as a team player.


The Role

The overall aim of the role is to sell our soft skills Public Training Courses to existing and potential clients, via the telephone.

Listed below are the main tasks involved in the role:

  • Determine our clients’ explicit needs, and offer training solutions to match those needs
  • Research the market for the purpose of cold calling
  • Manage key accounts
  • Follow Spearhead’s company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Achieve, or exceed, the expected number of outgoing calls per day
  • Always follow up professionally with clients
  • Produce an accurate weekly sales report
  • Meet, and exceed, set deadlines and sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually)
  • Actively contact, and manage, your customer database
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving licence, and own a car.

The working week is Sunday to Thursday. However, candidates will be expected to work extra hard to meet targets and deadlines. If this means putting in longer hours at times, then you should be prepared to do this.

The package includes: basic salary, plus allowances, and monthly bonuses for achieving certain targets.

Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a dynamic, highly educated individual, age 35+, for the position of Business Development Manager, for our Abu Dhabi office. This is a challenging post, requiring a forward thinking, target driven individual, looking for an exciting challenge. We require a person who is committed to significantly expanding the business over the next two years, with the aim of turning Abu Dhabi into the highest performing sector of the company.

The package includes basic salary, accommodation allowance, transport allowance, annual flight, etc., plus a generous monthly commission structure and bonus that is paid on time. OTE (On Target Earnings) – with salary and bonus - in excess of 24,000 + Dhs.

A substantial amount of the Business Development work will be dealing with existing in-company clients, but will also involve some ‘cold calling’ to seek new business opportunities. Bilingual candidates (Arabic / English) will be especially welcome.

Training & Course Content Manager – Dubai-Based (NEW POSITION)

Spearhead Training was established in the UAE in 1997, and has a client base of more than 3,650 Gulf companies and organizations. We are a growing, successful company, focused on delivering exceptional soft skills training to our clients.

In 2017, we had combined overall ratings for ‘Method Of Instruction’ and ‘Overall Assessment Of Course’, of 99% ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ as the average across all our courses. For our ILM (Institute Of Leadership and Management) Registered Courses, the pass rate was 98% - probably the best in the world.

As part of its expansion, Spearhead Training is seeking a full-time Training & Course Content Manager. This position is an integral part of Spearhead’s new management structure, and will have a ‘shaping’ effect on the company’s future direction. For the right person, this challenging post will provide extensive career development and frontline experience. The role may involve some travelling around the region, so candidates must be prepared to travel, sometimes at short notice.

We are looking for a 100% customer focused, highly professional, experienced person, who has excellent English skills, and a very high attention to detail.

The overall aim of this role is to continuously upgrade and monitor our course materials, as well as enhancing our customer relationships. This will be done through providing a consistently high standard of service to both external and internal customers, and ensuring strict adherence to the company’s policies and procedures. By doing this, we will maintain our position as a market leader.


The role will involve the following three key areas:

Course Development And Content Control

  • To develop, maintain, and improve our material content, using Spearhead’s existing quality systems and corporate standards
  • To proactively manage areas of development for Spearhead’s course materials, and continuously review that development
  • To ensure excellent attention to detail in order to design and execute successful training programmes
  • To maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
  • To be aware of, and develop internally, both traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • To explore and manage the implementation of new course offerings to clients

Customer Service

  • To work closely with our Business Development teams to improve the customer experience, by implementing innovative strategies
  • To proactively seek the feedback from clients in order to continuously improve service
  • To work with the Regional Administration Manager to ensure the highest quality procedures are in place to prevent any service, or quality, issues arising

Performance Management

  • To be part of a senior management process which cooperatively manages overall training delivery to a consistently high Spearhead standard
  • To manage the performance of key personnel to ensure they are consistently performing to a high standard
  • To maintain visibility in all departments and proactively manage potentially difficult situations

Desired Skills & Experience

You must have a minimum of five years suitable experience (training focused) within a professional environment, and be familiar with how to develop top-class training materials. You must have a demonstrable understanding of customer needs and a desire to proactively meet them. Keen attention to detail, and an ability to proofread to the very highest standards, is essential in this role.

You must be a highly talented, presentable professional, with the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization. The key qualities we seek are: personal integrity; superb interpersonal skills; the aptitude to build trust with clients; business acumen; a totally customer focused outlook; the capability to communicate with clients and internal customers via telephone and email; a background and understanding of training, and a positive teamwork ethic.
