Due to our continued expansion, we are regularly seeking highly talented new recruits to join our teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The positions may offer the opportunity to travel throughout the Gulf, and the wider Middle East region.

CURRENT VACANCIES:
Client Relations Executives – Dubai, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking two high quality Client Relations Executives – one for our Dubai Head Office, and one for our regional office in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai, or Abu Dhabi. Bilingual English / Arabic speakers would be especially welcome.

You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional telesales and business development specialists. This is a challenging full-time position.

The key competencies we seek are: previous telesales / business development experience; a proven track record of sales success; the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients on the phone; a positive work ethic; dependability; a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook; skills to competently work with MS Office; first-rate planning and organizing skills; fluency in spoken and written English. You also need to be able to work under pressure, be target-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to also work as a team player.


The Role

The overall aim of the role is to sell our soft skills Public Training Courses to existing and potential clients, via the telephone.

Listed below are the main tasks involved in the role:

  • Determine our clients’ explicit needs, and offer training solutions to match those needs
  • Research the market for the purpose of cold calling
  • Manage key accounts
  • Follow Spearhead’s company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Achieve, or exceed, the expected number of outgoing calls per day
  • Always follow up professionally with clients
  • Produce an accurate weekly sales report
  • Meet, and exceed, set deadlines and sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually)
  • Actively contact, and manage, your customer database
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving licence, and own a car.

The working week is Sunday to Thursday. However, candidates will be expected to work extra hard to meet targets and deadlines. If this means putting in longer hours at times, then you should be prepared to do this.

The package includes: basic salary, plus allowances, and monthly bonuses for achieving certain targets.

Business Development Manager (Dubai, UAE) – Bilingual (Arabic / English)

We are looking for a dynamic, highly educated, and experienced bilingual individual for the position of Business Development Manager, for our Dubai office. This is a challenging post, requiring a forward thinking, target driven individual, looking for an exciting challenge. We require a person who is 100% committed to significantly expanding our business over the next two years.

The package includes basic salary, accommodation allowance, transport allowance, annual flight, etc., plus a generous monthly commission structure and bonus that is paid on time. OTE (On Target Earnings) – with salary and bonus - in excess of 24,000 + Dhs.

A substantial amount of the Business Development work will be dealing with existing in-company clients, but will also involve some ‘cold calling’ to seek new business opportunities.

Minimum education level: Degree (Must Be Fully Attested)

  • You will need to be able to speak to clients up to Managing Director level – both on the phone and face-to-face, and relish working in a multicultural environment
  • Ideally, you will have some experience of Key Account Management with major clients
  • You need to be located in Dubai, and hold a valid UAE driving licence, and have your own car

You must be a highly talented, soft skills training professional, with experience of delivering courses in two, or more, of the following areas: Management & Leadership, Sales & Marketing, HR Management & Training, Customer Service, Administrative Skills, Personal Development, Business Writing Skills, Finance Courses, Microsoft Office.

The company is looking for a minimum commitment of 10 training days per month, with a maximum of 12 - 14 training days per month, for a full-time Trainer.
