Client Relations Executives – (BILINGUAL) – Dubai

We are seeking a top-quality bilingual English / Arabic Client Relations Executive for our Dubai Head Office. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai, or be prepared to move to Dubai, to be considered for this position. You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of our team of highly dynamic and professional sales and business development specialists. This is a challenging full-time position.

The key competencies we seek are: previous telesales / business development experience; the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally within the office environment and when dealing with clients on the phone; a positive work ethic; dependability; a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook; skills to competently work with MS Office; fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English. You also need to be able to work well under pressure, be a target-driven, self-motivated team player, and have first-rate planning and organizing skills.

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving licence and own a car.

The working week is Sunday to Thursday. However, candidates will be expected to work hard to meet targets and deadlines. If this means putting in extra hours at times, then you should be prepared to do this.

The package includes: a basic salary, plus allowances, and monthly bonuses for achieving certain targets.

You must be a highly talented, soft skills training professional, with experience of delivering courses in two, or more, of the following areas: Management & Leadership, Sales & Marketing, HR Management & Training, Customer Service, Administrative Skills, Personal Development, Business Writing Skills, Finance Courses, Microsoft Office.

The company is looking for a minimum commitment of 10 training days per month, with a maximum of 12 - 14 training days per month, for a full-time Trainer.

Receptionist / Administrator – Dubai

We are seeking a top quality Receptionist / Administrator for our Dubai Head Office.

You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of our team of professional administrative staff. This is a challenging position as you will be the first-line ‘voice of the company’.

The key competencies we seek are: a great telephone voice, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a 100% ‘customer focused’ attitude, the aptitude to communicate in a positive way, both internally within the office environment and when dealing with clients on the phone, a positive work ethic, dependability, Microsoft Office skills, fluency in spoken and written English (including helping to proofread documents). You must also be able to work well under pressure, work effectively within a team, demonstrate a consistently proactive approach, and have first-rate planning and organizing skills.


Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of dealing with customers within a front-line position. They must be able to convey the professional image of the company in all their dealings with both internal and external customers. They should also have strong administrative experience, and the ability to be able to deal with multiple clients.


The Role

The overall aim of the role is to effectively handle the assigned administrative functions. The main tasks involved in the role are:

  • To always answer the telephone in a professional and engaging manner
  • To transfer calls and messages effectively to colleagues
  • To greet office visitors in a professional and helpful way
  • To coordinate the signing off of all client reports
  • To proofread and double check all reports for errors and inconsistencies
  • To handle all courier and shipment requests
  • To execute all assigned administrative functions as per Spearhead’s standards
  • To serve as a back-up for any Administrator, who is absent or on leave

The working week is Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, the successful candidate may be expected to work outside their regular hours if the needs of the role require it.

Senior ILM (Institute Of Leadership & Management UK) Coordinator / Customer Focus Coordinator – Dual Role – Dubai

Spearhead Training was established in the UAE in 1997, and has a client base of more than 3,800 client companies and organizations across the region. The overall aim of this dual role is to continue our strong relationship with ILM, (who have awarded us Direct Claims Status), and also perform an important Customer Focus function within the company.

The successful candidate will need to quickly become a knowledgeable ‘expert’ on ILM and Customer Focus issues, and be able to provide key information to our Business Development Managers and Senior Management regarding ILM and Customer issues.

Customer Focus Role

The dual role will involve the following key areas:

ILM

ILM Development

  • To apply the principles of continuous improvement to the development of the company’s ILM offerings to clients
  • To continuously improve, and update, the ILM course content, PowerPoint, Tutor Timetables and associated paperwork
  • To work with other colleagues to maximise the potential of the ILM Programmes
  • To propose and seek approval from Senior Management on new initiatives for developing the ILM range of programmes

Mentoring

  • To be available to effectively mentor delegates through the ILM Assessment / Assignment process
  • To provide detailed feedback to individual delegates on their ILM Programmes

Internal Verification

  • To apply best practice to ILM Internal Verification roles
  • To mark each delegate Assessment / Assignment as per the ILM standards
  • To submit ILM ‘Referrals’ to the appropriate person at the end of an ILM Programme

Business Development

  • To communicate clearly and effectively the requirements of ILM Programmes and Assessments
Customer Focus

Quality Assurance

  • To constantly monitor the company’s Customer Service quality to ensure it is in line with the Corporate Standards
  • To ensure all systems and procedures are followed, which assist the company in growing effectively and efficiently

Marketing

  • To assist with the implementation of Spearhead Training’s marketing strategy and activities in the Gulf region
  • To assist with the development and implementation of quality marketing materials. This includes the annual brochure and calendar
  • To generate new ideas or initiatives to market Spearhead Training’s products

Desired Skills And Experience


Minimum Qualification; Fully Attested Bachelor’s Degree

A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational qualification required. (Attested) You must also have a minimum of five years of suitable experience (preferably in Education or Training) within a professional environment. You must be a team player, with keen attention to detail, and the ability to proofread to an exceptionally high standard. Experience of working with ILM would be helpful, but not essential.


You will be well organized, able to work to deadlines, and have a great deal of relevant experience. You will also have the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization. Other key qualities we seek are: personal integrity, superb interpersonal skills, with the aptitude and attitude to build trust, a totally customer focused outlook, the capability to articulately communicate with clients / colleagues, and display a positive teamwork ethic.


You must be a car owner with a valid UAE driving licence.
