We are looking for a dynamic, highly educated individual, age 30+, for the position of Business Development Manager for our Doha office. This is a challenging post, requiring a forward thinking, target driven individual, looking for an exciting challenge. We require a person who is committed to significantly expanding the business over the next two years, with the aim of turning Doha into the highest performing sector of the company.
The package includes basic salary, accommodation allowance, transport allowance, annual flight, etc., plus a generous monthly commission structure and bonus that is paid on time. OTE (On Target Earnings) – with salary, commission and bonus - in excess of 24,000 + QAR.
A substantial amount of the Business Development work will be dealing with existing In-Company clients, but will also involve some ‘cold calling’ to seek new business opportunities. Bilingual candidates (Arabic / English) would be especially welcome.

We are seeking a reliable Driver / Logistics Officer for our Doha Office. Candidates must currently reside in Doha, and have a valid Qatar Driving Licence. Fluent English language skills are essential in this role.
The successful candidate’s duties will include:
Driver duties – picking up personnel from the airport / hotels on an ad hoc basis, driving them to hotel venues, delivery of invoices to clients etc.
Logistics / Administrative duties – packing and unpacking training materials in line with company checklists and procedures, preparing and printing of delegate name cards and attendance certificates, monitoring the pick-up and drop-off of training materials, ensuring office waste is recycled, and any ad hoc administrative tasks requested by management. There is an element of lifting involved when moving training materials, so candidates must be healthy and physically fit.
The key competencies we seek are: safe driving skills, punctuality, the aptitude to communicate in a positive way (both internally within the office environment, and when dealing with clients), a positive work ethic, reliability, first-rate personal grooming and hygiene, a totally ‘customer focused’ outlook, attention to detail, fluency in spoken and written English, and proactive planning and organizing skills.
Experience working with MS Office Word would be preferable, but is not essential.
A uniform of company blue shirt with company logo, and dark blue trousers, will be provided.
The working week is Sunday to Thursday. The standard working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. However, candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working outside of standard hours when needed.
Package includes a basic plus a monthly commission.
