Aziz is a dynamic and results-driven UK national with over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, training, and solutions architecture. He holds a BA in Economic & Social Studies (Hons.) with a focus on Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester, coupled with certifications as a Prince 2 Practitioner and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).

His industry expertise spans Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Agriculture, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food & Beverage (F&B), and Renewable Energy.

Aziz brings a rare blend of technical and commercial expertise, having architected and led the full digital transformation of cross-functional business platforms across retail, FMCG, and fintech domains. His experience in managing Agile SDLC environments, AI-powered product logic, and automation strategies delivers measurable impact on revenue and operational efficiency.

Beginning his career as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in London in 2004, Aziz has consistently advanced through senior roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Lead Architect at Eze Castle Integration, a premier global IT solutions provider for hedge funds, where he designed enterprise infrastructure, led technology roadmaps, and trained cross-functional teams across London, New York, and Tokyo.  He also served as Global Service Manager, and Head of Service, transforming service delivery and enhancing user satisfaction.

In 2019, he served as Head of Digital Products and Development in Pakistan, where

he redefined e-commerce frameworks. Subsequently, in 2020, he moved to Austin, Texas, as Head of Product Management and Engineering Services, where he was instrumental in rebuilding engineering functions and training multi-disciplinary teams.

He relocated to Dubai in 2022, where he served as Head of Technology and Integrative Platforms, architecting and implementing technology roadmaps for a food and consumer goods company across UAE, Bahrain, and KSA.

Aziz is driven by the thought that developing people is a transformative pursuit.  He believes in the power of people development, focusing on unlocking potential through tailored, engaging learning which yields impactful and measurable results.
