Mohammed is a dynamic and seasoned corporate trainer, senior leader, and educator with a distinguished background spanning the UK and GCC. His expertise is rooted in over two decades of high-level strategic and operational roles, specializing in Leadership Excellence, Organizational Strategy, and Professional Development. Holding a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Global Politics and International Relations and advanced qualifications including a PGCHE and a PGCE in Global Ethics & Governance, Mohamed combines academic rigor with real-world corporate insight, ensuring his training delivers tangible outcomes.

Mohammed served as a University Lecturer and Delivery Manager at the University of West London, delivering both undergraduate and graduate modules, overseeing professional development, and quality-assuring content. He also leveraged his coaching skills as a Senior Educator and Employment Coach at Ingeus UK, where he conducted workshops on employability and provided tailored coaching to diverse groups, demonstrating his passion for unlocking individual potential.

Mohammed has successfully partnered with major institutions and global corporations, designing and executing transformative training initiatives across various industries in the UAE. This high-level consulting experience involves developing bespoke leadership frameworks, creating strategic planning techniques, and delivering high-impact corporate programs both face-to-face and virtually. His training approach is consistently lauded for its exceptional communication and ability to create inclusive, results-oriented learning environments, inspiring confidence and driving excellence in individuals and teams. Earlier in his career, he served as an Associate Consultant across the GCC, leading change and delivering soft skills training for major consultancies, where he focused on experiential learning and the latest teaching methodologies.

His unique professional resilience was forged during a significant career with the Metropolitan Police Service, where he progressed through various ranks to Acting Police Chief Inspector and held critical strategic roles. As a Senior Project Manager, he was seconded to Transport for London (TFL), leading key crime initiatives and developing training strategies in conjunction with TFL Directors. Earlier, as a Project Manager at New Scotland Yard’s Olympic Command, he managed high-level communication briefings, coordinated resource availability, and controlled crisis management protocols for a globally significant event. This background ensures he imparts a robust understanding of project management and strategic alignment, translating complex scenarios into actionable strategies for group achievement.

Mohammed’s key areas of training expertise cover a comprehensive spectrum of senior-level development, including Visionary Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence for High-Performance, and Cultivating Influence.  Driven by the belief that development should be practical and empowering, he uses his Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Trainer and Agile Scrum Master Trainer certifications, along with his expertise as an Emotional Intelligence Qualified Trainer and DISC Practitioner, to design powerful, learner-centric sessions.
