- Use the Microsoft® 365 Outlook Address Book with Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Publisher, etc., when using Mail Merge
- Create, manage, and distribute task requests
- Change view settings for increased output
- Sort messages into folders, forward or flag items to organize your inbox and minimize clutter
- Create rules to deliver inbox messages to specific folders
- Categorize activities to simplify prioritizing tasks
