The Graduate Assessment Programme (GAP), is specifically designed for new graduate employees, most, or all of whom, will be GCC nationals - Emiratis, Saudis, Kuwaitis, etc.. But others may be considered as suitable for the programme, depending on your organization’s needs.

The GAP Programme Will:

  • Provide training in the relevant skills needed to be an effective employee
  • Conduct individual assessments for all modules the graduates complete, so they are being continually evaluated. These assessments will be collected and retained in an Individual Development Report folder, prepared for each delegate
  • Conduct Pre & Post-Course Tests
  • Have delegates prepare a short one-page assignment after each module which will be assessed and inserted in the Individual Development Report
  • Help an organization to identify its potential top talent and future leaders, who may then be ‘fast tracked’
  • Identify those employees who, at the end of the GAP Programme, can subsequently undertake an internationally certified series of programmes as part of their career progression
