About the Programme

It is widely recognised that speaking to groups and audiences is one of the most difficult tasks to accomplish with distinction; yet it is one of the most commonly used methods of communication in the business world. This course is for everyone who wants to develop his / her presentation skills. The number of delegates is limited to eight to allow time for individual guidance and help from the course Tutor. DVD recordings play a key role in this programme for giving highly constructive feedback during practice sessions.

    Short presentations from each delegate. Some of these will be recorded on DVD and played back for analysis, etc.
    Pre-course work is compulsory for this training, as there is restricted time to prepare the presentations during the programme.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the Tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.


At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
