About The Programme
The most valuable resource available to managers and staff is ‘Time’. It is a common complaint, that ‘there are not enough hours in the day’. Yet very often we end up devoting the majority of our available time to low priority work. The potential to achieve more in your job and career is partly dependent on how well your time is managed. This is a highly participative programme in which delegates will be given a series of individual exercises and guidance for improving their use of time.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the Tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.
At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals, and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
